I specialise in personal growth and empowerment to all individuals in an environment that is safe, confidential, warm, understanding and friendly.
Relationship - success of your counselling depends on our relationship and my job is to create the right space for it to develop. You need to feel confident that I will deal with your issues without judging you and that I will respond to you openly, honestly and with respect.
You - you are responsible for what you want to explore through counselling. You already have the resources you need to resolve your difficulties, but you might not identify or use them at present.
Me - it is my job to help you to find the resources and to support you while you begin to put them into practice. You will be encouraged to take charge of your own decision making, in order to facilitate change within your life and to work towards developing new life strategies and choices.
Safe Space - a suitable environment for you to work on what you want to bring to counselling.
